We don’t really think about this one much during the hours of one day. Unless we have some kind of disease, we breathe in and out automatically without any effort. This wonderful Force that we are not so much aligned with does all the work for us.

But put disease in the body and things start to change. We never notice it but we alter the way we breathe when we are sick. If we would take only five minutes a day and really put our attention on the way we breathe in and breathe out, our body would be very grateful.

When we breathe in, there are millions of chemical reactions going into our body. Some toxins are dislodged and it is here, where I was saying, that all six elements of the Flower of Hope is important: water will cleanse de body of those toxins that are dislodged.

On your days off, give yourself the gift of fresh air. If you live in a city, go for a long drive in the country and just breathe. This is a free gift and your body will thank you for this.

When meditating, be aware of your breathing. Reteach your body to breathe. Be aware of your breathing many times a day. Notice how your body appreciate that you are aware of the breathing. Feel the air go in and out.

There are no disease living in a well oxygenated body.
