- Diffuse, humidify, directly inhale, and apply on chest, neck, and throat or sinus area.
- Use as a hot compress, or with a Raindrop style massage.
- Dilute with a carrier oil for a body massage.
- Rub on feet or chest before exercising, for an aroma that uplifts and inspires.
Follow the steps below and inhale directly up to 3 times daily:
- 3-4 drops of Young Living R.C.™ essential oil
- 180 ml of hot steaming water
Add R.C. to a bowl of hot steaming water.
Then place a towel over the head and inhale the R.C. infused steam from the bowl to help refresh and revitalize.
