A three-part eye-opening informative blog regarding your health – Part 1

I believe that is would be good for us to revise a few rules and regulations regarding our health before we stuff ourselves like turkeys. Good reading between Christmas and New Years…

Almost every written book or paper that I have read up to now, almost always starts with showing you what you are doing wrong, instead of telling you what is right.  It depends who is writing the book, wrong is right or right is wrong.  If my right is wrong to you, then obviously your right is wrong to me.  When these are opinions, everybody is right.  However, when it comes to survival techniques, everything that is written should be right.

Many books have been written on how to be healthy.  Here is my right: Everybody is healthy – disease is an illusion.  Even when disease is apparent, health is still there. It only needs your attention. In this article, from this instant, disease will be called health problem.

Now, for those that are still reading this instead of throwing it way, putting back on the shelf or plainly just have deleted it, here is my explanation.  The key word in the phrase is not healthy but the word “be”.  A healthy body is what we were born with (95% of us).  It is what we have until we die.  A health problem is an unwelcomed passenger that needs to get off at the next station. What we need is to BE healthy and being healthy needs your attention, not the health issue.

As every creation, a health problem has started and evolved.  To rid the body of the problem you need to learn how it got there, not its name.  By naming the problem, you have started to fellowship with it.  You start to own it:  my high blood pressure, my cholesterol and my diabetes.  You take pills for your high blood pressure, your cholesterol and your diabetes, instead of changing your lifestyle and habits to regain a healthy state.

Here is a paradigm shift for many who are reading this:  you need cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar to live.  What is lacking in your body is balance, not extra toxins to slow down the process of healthiness. Cholesterol comes in two shapes. You must have already learn that there is good and bad cholesterol. I will not go into too much details here but when your cholesterol is high (normally the bad one), you need to eat food containing good cholesterol. If you have blood pressure, find the source that is causing it and eliminate it. Your cells main food is sugar. In fact, your body will synthetize sugar into fat (when you have too much in your body), so it can reclaim it when needed. Our problem is that the body almost never reclaims it because we keep pumping it in our body. Unfortunately, many other nutrients are also synthetized into fat and this is where most of diabetic or pre-diabetic people have problems, but this is another paper.

The human body is a marvelous machine.  When you learn how it works, you can only be but amazed.

Since the refinement of sugar, health problems have been on the rise.  Many blame the health problems on this event.   But you are the only guilty party.  Sugar doesn’t jump into your mouth.  You need to put it there.  It’s not only the refine sugar that has evolved since that time.  Automobile has evolved:  less walking.  Different hobbies have evolved: television and computer.  People have no more time to relax and to think straight.  It’s an on-going rat race.  Everybody needs the latest gizmo.  There is nothing wrong with having the latest gizmo but don’t let this own your life.

The young kids from this generation are going to have muscled thumbs by texting.  They don’t do anything anymore.  No bicycle, no walking to school, no swimming.  They just plop themselves on the sofa and become zombies.  They have no interest in life.  It is a very sad picture.  They have health problems that you would only find in older people just a few years passed, like arthritis and diabetes.  Thirty-three percent of our children are obese.  Twenty-five percent of the population have metabolic syndrome (early stage of diabetes) and another twenty-five percent are in the advance stages.

Many issues have to be addressed on planet earth.  However, to address an issue you need healthy people.  What are you doing to stay healthy?  Or, what are you doing to rid your body of this or these health problems?  Need help?

First, you need to know that you are living in a very complex vehicle.  You need to know how it works and what makes it work.  You need to start talking to yourself.  That’s right! Talk to yourself!  No one is going to make you do things better than yourself.  I can tell you everything you need to do, but you are the only person that will do it, for yourself.  You and only you will decide to do what is right for you.

Let’s start with a statement.  We are going to write off what is not supposed to be there.  Write your concerns, but don’t personalize them.  Don’t own the health problems.  If you don’t know the name of the health problem, good for you.  You are ahead of this game.  Just write the symptoms.  Beside them, you will write down when you started having this discomfort or health issue.  If you are taking medication for this specific issue, write that down too.  After each issue you will write, to your knowledge, in what organ, part of your body or system (circulatory system, nervous system, etc.) this issue is found.  Here is a picture that could help you in making your decision.  If you don’t know, put a red question mark.  Don’t be alarm if you don’t know.  You would be surprised how many people don’t know why they are taking a specific pill and when they ask their physician the answer is not always understood.

systemsP.S.: Integumentary system is your skin: the outer shell.

If you do not believe that you have any health issues but are taken medication, write down the medication that you are taking now and why you are taking this medication.  Scary but some people believe that if they are taking medication, their problems are gone.  What I mean by medication is anything:  over-the-counter and prescribed.   Medication is only to hide the symptoms, not cure the problem.  I would invite you to read what side effects there are for each medication you take.  The pill might take care of a certain symptom but will create other problems in your body.  If not now, in a few years other symptoms will develop.

By writing down your concerns, it helps you find where the problem is and help you direct your effort towards what part of the body needs more attention.

Let me help you a bit here. Here are but a few health issues that could eventually bring about a health problems.

  • morning tiredness
  • disrupted sleep between 1:00 and 3:00 AM
  • regurgitation and sourness (pyrosis)
  • disrupted appetite, bulimia
  • constipation
  • frequent migraines
  • oily skin, especially on the face
  • rear part of tongue feels pasty
  • morning breath
  • hands are cold and damp
  • abundant foot perspiration, cold sweat
  • cold-sensitive
  • muscle pains
  • chronic bronchitis and mucus formation
  • leukorrhea (thick white discharge from vagina or cervical canal)
  • sluggish, unhappy at work

Sometimes, you have to really dig deep to find out when the main health problem started and in what part of the body.  Let me explain… Someone is on medication for cholesterol, blood pressure, stomach problems and allergy. What would be the main problem? Hard to say… a practitioner needs to dig deep to find the main issue and help the client regain a healthy body. Let’s dig deeper. Well, this client started 3 years ago to take allergy pills because in the spring time (only) he would get stuffy nose and headaches when specific blooms would come out. Three years later, not only in spring time, this client is diligently take an allergy pill every single day, even though is allergy crises are only in spring time. This is the first mistake. Now, we might say that this person is suffering from a compromised immune system, which is partly right and to take some antioxidant would help, possibly.  However, sinuses are secondary filters so this would mean that the primary one is surcharged and that would be the liver.

What makes a body sick is the accumulation of toxins. The liver is the main filter for the body. Here are but a few of the liver’s functions:

  • the liver kills bacteria and viruses and neutralizes their toxins;
  • the liver deactivates and evacuates all toxic substances which are ingested: additives, synthetic vitamins, dangerous minerals, toxic medication, drugs, alcohol…
  • the liver extracts waste from blood and residue from cell metabolism: dead cells, used minerals, waste from combustion, cholesterol…
  • the liver eliminates waste from intestinal fermentation and putrefaction …

When the liver is surcharged, it doesn’t kill all bacteria and viruses, it doesn’t evacuate all toxic substances, it doesn’t extract all waste from the blood and it doesn’t eliminate all the waste from the intestinal fermentation and putrefaction. So what to do?

But do not despair… other parts of the body are here! There are two kinds of wastes: crystals and glues. Both are eliminated by the liver. However, crystals are more likely to be eliminates by the kidney first.

Let’s explain what crystals are and how they are created.

Crystalloid overloads are caused by poor metabolism of animal or plant proteins as well as poorly oxidized organic acids, transformed into salts, sands or hardenings. They are usually eliminated in urine or perspiration, and sometimes “curatives attacks” manifest themselves as dry skin eruptions (dry eczema, pruritus…) or inflammations (pharyngitis, conjunctivitis…). With a dwindling vital force, these wastes form calculi deposits (kidneys, salivary ducts), rheumatoid arthritis, irritated nerves (neuritis, shingles…), and hardened tissues (arteriosclerosis, fibrosis…).

Waste grouped under the category of “crystals” is soluble in liquids. It is evacuated through the kidneys and sweat glands, which, through urine and sweat, greatly contribute to its dissolution.

Crystal waste is hard and sharp, like real crystals. The “sand” we wake up with in the eyes, as well as the “sand” that makes our joints creak, are typical examples of crystals.

When they accumulate in the organism, crystals cause generally painful affections that rarely cause suppuration (to produce or discharge pus) or catarrhs (inflammation of a mucus membrane, accompanied of excess secretion).

Among crystal-related diseases are acute or chronic rheumatism, sciatica, stones, neuritis, and dry eczema.

Crystals are the result of protein metabolism: they are waste products from the digestion of protein rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes and food grains. Uric acid and urea are part of the crystal group.

Crystals can also result from the excessive consumption of acidic foods and poor carbohydrates, such as refined sugar and sweets.

For all crystal-related diseases, the basic therapy directly takes into account the characteristics of crystals.

  • Correction of the diet, by reducing or temporarily suppressing crystal-producing foods
  • Stimulation of elimination through the kidneys and sweat glands
  • Abundant consumption of liquids, into which the crystals will dissolve and be eliminated

Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2…
